ManholeMetrics Deploys Wastewater Monitoring Sensors in Beckley, West Virginia
We're proud to announce a new deployment with Beckley Sanitary Board in the City of Beckley, West Virginia, supporting wastewater network monitoring ahead of a major sewer infrastructure replacement project.
The deployment will help Beckley Sanitary Board establish a baseline of network performance before planned pipe replacements begin. Our sensors will provide continuous, real-time wastewater level data, giving the utility greater visibility into network conditions and how its infrastructure responds to changing conditions.
By monitoring the same locations before and after the replacement work, the utility will be able to directly compare system performance, assess the impact of the improvements, and better understand how the upgrades influence wastewater network behavior.
This before-and-after monitoring approach can help validate infrastructure investments, measure operational improvements, and support future capital planning through data-driven decision-making.
A big thank you to the team at Beckley Sanitary Board and Oldcastle Infrastructure for supporting this successful installation.
